Home Staging for a lovely couple who are looking to downsize.

To stay within budget, I used the homeowner’s existing furniture and brought in accessories to complete the staging. De-cluttered, reorganized rooms, added artwork and plants, converted sitting room to an elegant dining room, and completely de-personalize their space.

Final Result!

Bar table and stools were added to their dining area. Formal dining room furniture was moved to their sitting room.

This formal dining room was moved, bar height table and chairs were used to make the space feel more airy and spacious.

Guest bedroom was lacking focus. Moved bed in front of window to make it the focal point of the room and dressed their existing bedspread with a colorful decorative pillow and a vibrant red throw.
